OK, I'm glad to know I'm not going crazy!  Sounds interesting about that C425
at the NY&LE RR.  That's amazing to hear about the NYC oval at Peekskill!
I'll have to check it out.

I plan to head up to Mt. Kisco tomorrow or Friday to see if the old Penn
Central station sign has been reinstalled on the station.  I'll let everyone
know if it's back on the station or not.
