Ed and the list:

I prefer Herald King, but would buy a decent cabin car set from
anybody who made one.  The out of production Champ sets weren't
so great, HK decals are much more opaque.  It also seems that
only one cabin car set needs to be developed that would cover all
the common PC variations.

If the ink is improved on a Champ rerun, I would buy a small pile
of them.  Otherwise, I'll piece the lettering together from other sets.

Another wish list item:  a black decal set for ballast hoppers and
other MOW equipment.
