PC: ADMIN--Outage notice

Two things real quick:

* Right now, the PC web site is down. There were some system problems
today on the server, so in the meantime, the web server is shut off.
Some network problems also caused some e-mail messages to the list to
not go through. I will resend those shortly.

* Also, the entire server may be down tomorrow at various times. We
hope to do a much-needed drive replacement which will involve shutting
down the machine, so if you get "message delivery deferred" messages
when sending to the mailing list, don't worry, we'll have it back up
by tomorrow evening. This upgrade should speed up the server too, 
which helps all of us. :-)
