Sorry , Jerome but your wrong. The PRR painted all their diesel units Dark
Green Locomotive Enamel right up to the merger. In fact the first paint
diagrams put out by the PC had DGLE as the paint color.  If you put a DGLE
unit next to a Black one you can tell the difference. I remember seeing them
on freights going thru Berwyn Pa.  my hometown and when the first repaints
showed up you could tell the difference. Ken McCorry
