PC: Diesel Era PC GP38 issue for sale or trade

I accidentally picked up a second copy of this issue last weekend
at springfield ma show. Cover price ( which I paid :^(   ) is $5.95,
first three bucks takes it or will trade for the issue w/ part 5 of the
GP38 series ( Nov-Dec?) which has the Southern GP38's in it...
