Irrelevant perhaps, but it still existed! On my home-town line (Lenawee
Junction-Clinton, Mich.), the speed limit was 10 mph, but the curves were
still heavily superelevated--a leftover from the 30's, when the
doodlebug-operated passenger service had a 60 mph limit!
