PC: Re: PC modelers

Gene,

Good luck on your PC MP-54 project. I checked my railroad photo
database and find that I have slides or negatives of the following cars
lettered PC:

409 411 415 416 419 422 425 426 431 433 437 438
440 443 445 494 618 630 631 659 660 662 671 682
690 701 746 753 919 3580

Not all cars may be powered (some may just be trailers with no
pantographs). I can't tell for sure without actually pulling the
negatives from the file.

Word of warning: Paint styles vary (especially striping below the
windows-some have it, but most don't)! To be historically accurate, work
from a photo.

Joe,
You might check with Imperial Hobby Productions, PO Box 487, Wynnewood, PA
19096. They occasionally have ads in MR for commuter equipment. My
present hobby is scratch building HO PC MP-54's I now 4, but still do not
know which ones PC repainted from PRR Tuscan, except for 417, 421? and 700.
