There sure is. It's called "PRR-Talk", and it's hosted by Jerry
Britton and his "Keystone Crossings" web site at
http://www.dsop.com/britton/railroad/

To subscribe, send the message "sub prr-talk yourname" to
"listserv -AT- dsop.com", substituting your real name where noted.

** While we're on the topic, Jerry Britton asked me to pass this
along: The "Keystone Crossings" web site suffered catastrophic
data loss over the Memorial Day weekend, so if you were previously
subscribed to PRR-Talk, you'll have to resubscribe.

It's kind of a shame, since Jerry had a really nice PRR web site,
and now he has to start over from scratch....

Later,
-Jer
