Herald King Set # L360 includes a whole passel of these in it. I also
suspect that the HK set for Conrail loco's has some in it as CR kept
this practice up for a few years at least.

Rails Northeast mag from the 70's used to publish the listing by unit
number/location in each issue. While I doubt very much that I'd get
inspired enought to try and publish the entire list, I'd be willing to answer
individual question for the curious....
