Ed,
I have Herald King HO decals for PC Hood Units (L-150 I think). They
include the maintenance base lettering, e.g. "Beacon Park", "Selkirk",
"Collinwood" etc.
Here is a listing of HO PC decals from www.walthers.com:

Subject: PC: HO Decals?
I am now starting to look for HO scale decals for my PC loco, caboose, and
passenger car fleet. Does anyone make decals for them? I would also like
to find decals small enough to letter the locos for their maintenance base
(the location under many of the #s on the sides of the cab, i.e. "Beacon
Park" for some of the 9500 series SW1500s, "Selkirk" for some U-boats,
"Collinwood" for some GP38s ad 40s, etc.
Thanks in advance for any information.
Ed
