There was a chrysler plant (new process gear) in dewitt ny.they shipped
assembled rear axles for chrysler.they also shipped 4 and 5 speed truck
transmissions for dodge/gmc/chevy/ford/iternational.
the plant is near dewitt yard and shipped many box cars on PC.
