I think the recent reprint of "The Wreck of the Penn Central" leaves out the corporate structure foldout that was in the original.  A good reason to buy a copy of the original format of the book.

How about 21% directly and 30% through the 100% owned Michigan Central Railroad.  So if I'm reading it right PC controlled 51% of the IHB.
