Re: PC: "Glorious Penn Central"



I grew up in Seabrook, MD on the Northeast Corridor.  They certainly didn't look bankrupt there, either, with Metroliners whizzing by at 110+ and conventional passengers doing 80.  Lots of freight trains, usually with E44's or GG1's.  Many of the G's looked ratty but the few diesels we saw didn't.
