I have pics of a few of these cars in a collection I obtained last
summer.
(4) ex AMTK cabins stencilled 'KC' 4502, 4503, 4504, 4505, all taken in
Altoona, PA. 04, 02 and 05 on train ENPI on 12/24/92, 03 in an unknown
train on 1/2/93.
I live in Leesport, PA just north of Reading, but would be unable to get
out that way until February sometime.

Hi,
Does anyone on this group lives within 100
miles of Burnham (Lewistown), PA? Burnham is 60 highway miles northwest
of Harrisburg.
There are seven ex-Amtrak cabooses reported at
Standard Steel, Burnham. The numbers given are Amtrak 14002, 14004,
& 14020 and KC 4502, 4503, 4504, & 4505. Who uses the initials
"KC"? Where is KC 4501 and is it ex-Amtrak?
Are some or all of these cabooses still in
Burnham &/or are there photos of them available on a web site or via a
jpeg? Can any or all be identified by AMTK &/or PC road
numbers? If they haven't been repainted, they should have the former PC
numbers stenciled on the upper corner of the car sides.
A recent compilation of "all ex-PRR Class N5 to
PC to AMTK cabooses" lists no 14012, 14015, or 14019 to 14022.
Perhaps some of these, such as 14020, are among the Burnham
mystery cars?
