Came across this on another board:

Looks like the ghost of Penn Central is trying to sue Amtrak. I
find this surprising since the primary reason Amtrak came into being was
to relieve Penn Central of it's passenger service. Something like 50%
of the trains Amtrak took over in 1971 were from the PC.
