I found this information online from the HLCX roster: 3817: ex-NS 5362/CR 8227 That said, I am not sure it was an ex-Helm Leasing unit now. I think the ex-CR 8227 was a late model full GP38-2, which I believe was acquired after the demise of PC... but I may be wrong. May have to check out my CR book when I get home... -Gregg B. It is a straight GP-38 (not a dash-2, although I am sure the internal components have been upgraded to dash-2 standards a long time ago), likely from the second or third order placed by PC.
