RE: PC: Review: Penn Central in Color Vol 1

  One really does have to wonder where this thing has been hiding.  Perhaps in some old line at VMV or MK.  Either way, it has never been re-painted (other than the old patch job done by CR in the late 70's) since it came from the factory.  I would venture to guess that this is about as close to a working PC-painted engine anyone is going to see out there.  Gotta loose those ditch lights though...
