Vol 4 is okay. A lot better than Vol. 3 but not as good as Vols 1 & 2.
Vol 4 has a lot of electrics on the NEC. Too muchof the video ( I think)
following a circus train on the Eastern Branch thru Toledo and into the detroit
tunnels..
