For the benefit of everyone who is wondering what they missed, it 
appears that a discussion that was taking place on the PCModeler list 
got cross-posted to this mailing list.

List rules prohibit cross-posting between the Penn Central Mailing List 
and other lists. Furthermore, there are many members of this list that 
are not on PCModeler, and have no idea of the discussion that took place 
before the thread spilled over here.

For these reasons, please continue the rest of this particular thread on 
the PCModeler list only. Thank you.
