I believe those cars are owned by A.J. Belliveau, who operates a shortline railroad around Hartford. He also operates a New Haven-painted RS1.

Hey - if you you guys travel along I-91 North going to Hartford, Connecticut, next to exit 29, there are two Pennsylvania Passenger Cars in MINT condition sitting off in the back of some sort of warehouse.  You can see both of them from the Highway.  Martin Kaufman
