Yesterday in Georgetown, De I spotted a ex-Conrail PS covered hopper. It is now has reporting marks TOWX # 7102. I could make out some of the Conrail numbers 88_ _41. I think the both blank number are either 8 or 6. I can make out the bottom of both numbers and less than halfway up to the top. Does anyone know if this is a former Penn Central Car?
