PC: Building color

What is/are the correct color(s) for ex-PRR frame buildings such as
towers/shanties/crossing towers, etc. In PRR/PC/NYC books and magazine
articles, as well as modeling renditions, I have seen 2-tone gray as well as
all red. Thanks.
