Our official date is Oct 5, 1999 - that is the day about 12 of us met and agreed to formed - it took a bit longer to get the membership started, first POST out, and incorporate as a non-profit.
Somebody made a comment at that meeting, wondering if the PCRRHS would outlive the PC - looks like it will.
