PC: High Speed Flatcar.

Guys.....

     Does anyone have a roster shot of the high speed flatcar that PC
used to transport wheels between Sunnyside to Altoona on passenger
trains? There was something stenciled on the side on the car saying that
it could be used in 100mph consist. Was wondering if anyone know what it
said.
    I have an action shot of the car in a train with a rider coach
behind it. 
    Any info appreciated. Thanks in advance.
