I wanted to share a web site that I've been made aware of via the PCRRHS 
mailbox:

You'll find here PDF copies of complete PC employee timetables, 
operating manuals, and other forms, and there's more to come as well.

Also, I don't remember if I've mentioned this other site before, but 
Daniel Van Epps has a web site with downloadable ETTs, track charts, 
maps, etc., for PRR, NYC, PC, Conrail, and other roads, among lots of 
other things. His site is at
