I talked with the FRA regional track specialist (40 years railroad engineering/track) in Philadelphia to ensure the MW&S for PC days.  He said PC called it: Maintenance of Way and Structures.

Does anyone know what the "MW & S" Dept. stands for for PC's Philadelphia
Division? I need someone who knows for sure, not just a guess, as the info.
is going into the next PCRRHS POST & I want it to be accurate.
