RE: PC: FL-9s/Convention



Despite my last comment about New Haven guys, they are a very loyal
bunch and would but a ton of FL9s. I agreed with you Dave. Whoever does
an FL9 will be happy with sales.

My money, at this point, is on Broadway Limited/Precision whatever.

       The E44s were coming out in brass but the company went out of
business. I was helping out with numbers and paint schemes on the
project. Never realized how many variants of the Penn Central scheme on
66 motors. There were very few E44's that had a full PC paint job.

        There was a rumor about a plastic FL-9 project. It probably
would sell because of the many paint schemes they wore plus the
popularity with railfans. I'd get one in the blue and yellow PC scheme.
        Well John, You've got to write or email your thoughts to some of
these companies. Sometimes it works.
