PC: Walthers NYC depressed-center flatcar

Walthers has announced an HO scale depressed-center flatcar model in 
several road names, including NYC:

I was checking my PC and NYC equipment guides, and I couldn't find any 
matching cars in there. There were several similar cars, but they had 
six-wheel trucks, while the Walthers car has 4-wheel trucks.

Anyone know if this car is legit, or is Walthers taking creating license 
with this one? I checked the PC freight car book posted on George 
Elwood's site, and found these pages that looked close, but I can't tell 
for sure from the drawings.
