Mark Branibar says: At the time, Bob Yanosey considered any MU type
equipment to be motive power and thus was not to be included in a book dealing
with non-motive power equipment.
Insofar as I
know, this is still Bob's position and if we did a volume two, I'm not sure that
there would be any MU equipment in it. I did in fact get some nice slides
of MU stuff, and even sneaked one into the book. If V2 comes about, I'll
recheck Bob's position.
