I checked with the hotel today, and they will allow late check-ins. Just 
be sure to let them know when you make your reservation that you will be 
arriving late.

Also, I have posted the convention information and registration form (in 
Adobe PDF format) on the Society web site at http://www.pcrrhs.org so 
you can register now if you wish. The same material will also be 
included in the next issue of the PCRRHS POST. Please note that there is 
a registration deadline of September 1, so please be sure to register 
early if you are planning to attend.
