Mike,
The Microscale PC diesel set has the two styles you'd need.  One is the 
earlier PRR - style numbers in white and the other is the later, more 
stylized type.  I saw a photo of 2822 in an old Penn Central diesel guide, 
and it was in the full, normal PC scheme.
