PC: Christmas present: web site update

Hi everyone,

I've made two updates over the last three days to the Penn Central Online 
website. New model railroad and prototype photos have been added, along 
with a listing of ore train symbols and new F7 drawings. There's plenty of 
new material on the web site, so check it out and enjoy.
