Hi Pat,

       I have a PC,Amtrak,Conrail MW Std. Plans for the Northeast
Corridor. This book has all of the new plans for the NEC upgrades that
were taking place from the mid 1970s to the 1980s. All the plans/parts
for hanging catenary are listed.  So if you are in the mood for
stringing catenary in Altoona, the plans are here. Lots of PRR plans
also. 
      Next time I'm in Altoona, I'll bring the book.. It's way too big
to mail. Hope this help.
