PC: PC caboose 24014 - latest

 NS Voicetrace has PC 24014 (now RPCX 24014 and still  blue) leaving 
Decatur IL Friday 5pm

I was told by a clerk at NS that it must be on the rear of any train it 
travels on. I understand why BUT there is someting very ironic about the 
railroad telling they have to move your caboose on the end of a train...
