Hi Chuck,

     I think it was late 1969. All of my PC Freight Schedules from 1969
refer to all ex NYC TOFC trains as SV or Supervans. On the PRR side, I
have tower and dispatch sheets and the "TT" symbol is still used in
1969. The 1970 sheets show the TV symbol. Hope this helps.
