PC: PC Rules For Conducting Transportation

Hello PC Fans,

I'm trying to determine how many different issues of the PC Rules For
Conducting Transportation booklets were issued. I'm aware of the issues listed
below. Please check the dates of any Rules For Conducting Transportation
booklets you have and let me know if you have any dated differently than the
ones I've listed.

The dates of issue are located on the inside of the booklet on the second page
in the upper right hand corner. If there's no date in the upper right hand
corner of the second page, it's the April 28, 1968 issued booklet.

The following booklets for the Rules For Conducting Transportation have been
confirmed issued:
