Amen Gary!!!!!!

          NYC and more so the PRR were on their last legs. PRR was on
the verge on bankruptcy.
Here's a railroad with too many employees,too much track, and (my
favorite) vice presidents. Penn Central did save the PRR and the NYC the
tide of red ink.....which was already flowing.
