Steve,
TV12M used to have cattle cars on the head end well into the 80's-
1985-87ish I would guess. Some cars were dropped at Harrisburg, don't know
about Phila... I used to see that train frequently at Harrisburg in the
mid-80's. Usually 2 cars on the head end...
