        The cutover of "C" will begin Sun,10-19. New signals east of "C" to "SO". That should be getting new rule 261 signaling on all three tracks after all these years. Will take over a week to do the whole piece from "SO" to "CONPITT". Should be lots of interesting radio conversations. Get your pictures while you can. May be a bit cold on sunday but worth it.
