It is off on the eastside RT 13 in a Kenworth dealer. The road it is on runs
between RT 13 & RT 1 (which is toll road from Dover and north). I was trying
to take pic thru fence, and guy saw me and asked me if there was something
he could help me with. I asked if I could take pics of PC trailer. He said
no problem.
