I don't have the answers to color or size, but Clover House offers a dry transfer set for these units in N, HO, S and O scale.  Set #7788-05 if you require lettering for a model.

I am looking for information and/or paint diagrams for the PRSL Baldwin  Switchers.  What was the paint color used?  Black, Brunswick Green, or ??   What was the lettering style and placement on the hood?  What size were the letters?  Numbers?
