They aren't listed in the ORER I think they are in the Pass. equip. book.
Someone here may have a copy.
As for the trucks, the PC Hist. Soc. had a pic of an old X42 that is sitting
up in NY state to this day. The trucks were still express. PC/CR used it as
an MW storage box IIRC.
It was still in the PRR scheme and may even be the one you refer to.

I just saw some pics of them... but forget where. They were in express
service sitting at a station platform being unloaded. I don't know how they
travelled in the train.
