PC: POCU Trailer Markings

Hello............
       About two weeks ago, someone was asking about the "POCU" markings
found on a NYC-PC trailer. Did anyone found out any info about these
markings? I just got a 1971 Intermodal Equipment Register,  "POCU" and
"POCZ" are listed in this book. Must have been added after 1970.
