PC: We're back!

Hi all,

After three months of technical problems and other issues, the Penn Central 
Mailing List is alive and well again. I appreciate everyone's patience as I 
worked through some problems, but now I am confident that we can handle 
list traffic once again. There may be some slowdowns and interruptions once 
in a great while, but otherwise, everything will be as it was before.

Also, if you weren't already aware, my personal Penn Central web site is 
operating again at http://pc.smellycat.com. (A big thank you to Henry of 
Railfan.net for providing a new home for the web site.) I know it hasn't 
been updated in a while, but I hope to get back to regular updates in the 
next several weeks. Also, if you have a link to my PC page on your own web 
site, please change the URL to the one above. Anything with prozac or 
cwru.edu is no longer valid.

So anyway, welcome back, and feel free to pick up where we left off...
