Speaking of for-sale FL9s....

According to the Railpace Hot News page, the Morristown & Erie has bought 
all of Amtrak's FL9 locomotives. They will be repainted in a red paint 
scheme. Plans are to run an excursion with two of them this fall although 
there are no firm plans at this time.

So another chapter is about to begin for a group of former PC locomotives...
