To me as a collector of Penn Central railroadiana. I feel the book is an
essential part of a Penn Central collection, a must have item. I do think $200
is on the high side unless the book is in mint condition, even then that's a
bit steep. However I wouldn't hesitate paying $125 or even a bit more for it
if I didn't have one.

But that's only my feelings,
