PC: Penn Central X79 cars

Hello folks,

I'm looking for some information on PC's fleet of X79 60' outside-braced, double plug-door boxcars, such as this one:

I know these were built by Thrall in 1973, owned by Kellogg's, and leased to PC. Does anyone know when they began appearing with KELX reporting marks?
