PC: Pennsylvania 40' boxcar in Gang Mills in fresh paint!!!!

Does anyone know where the freshly - painted 40' PRR boxcar is going that is 
sitting in the NS yard at Gang Mills (Corning) New York?  It's been there 
for a few days in a cut of cars sitting along State Rte. 15.  It made me do 
a double - take when my son spotted it.  It has the shadow keystone logo, 
and the word "PENNSYLVANIA" spelled out on the left side of the single door. 
  I am curious, as obviously, it must be going to a museum or something like 
that.  Anybody that has any information, let me know.  I am curious.
