It might if you ran a version of Virtual PC - but why put more $$ in Microsofts pockets - especially if it is buggy.

It won't and to the best of my knowledge there are no plans to do a Mac
version.

There haven't even been any bugfixes or updates to the peecee version and boy
does it have bugs. I must have found 50 of them so far.
