Hi all,

I received the following e-mail from a gentleman seeking some financial 
records of the Penn Central. I really didn't have any good leads to provide 
to him other than the Hagley Library or the PA State Archives in Harrisburg 
as possible leads. If anyone has some ideas on where he can find the info 
he is seeking, please let me know, or feel free to e-mail him directly. Thanks.

I was involved in saving the Holding Company after the RR was put into
bankruptcy.

What I am trying to find are documents relating to the holding Company, most
important: Corporation Proxies (names of Directors) and details of the
$25,000,000 of 11% notes (Sold by Lehman Brothers), etc.
